The house is semidetached (being attached on one side to another house). It was entirely restored by the owners with great care and converted into a lovely holiday home which comprises of: entrance within 6 steps and a small paved area adjacent to the house, spacious living room with a beautiful stone fire-place, 2 sofas, table, chairs and SAT-TV. On the left of the living room there is large kitchen with sink, stove (4 flames)/oven, dish washer, microwave, American coffee machine, Espresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, exit door onto the garden and the pool area. From the kitchen access to a small bathroom with WC, bidet, shower, basin, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

A beautiful stone and wrought iron staircase leads from the living room to the 1st floor where you find a spacious double bedroom painted in red and furnished with a double bed, a large guard robe and 2 chairs. Spacious and comfortable bathroom covered with blue tiles with bathtub, shower, WC and bidet. A twin bedroom with 2 wrought iron single beds (which may be turned into a double bed) and guard-robe. In both bedrooms there are 2 windows facing south receiving sunlight all day long.

The stone and wrought iron staircase leads next to the 3rd floor which has been upgraded into a beautiful attic room with slanting ceilings and walls with visible stones. In the attic room there is a (walkthrough) twin bedroom (upon request a further bed may be added) and one spacious double bedroom with guard-robe, chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom. In the attic room there is a small utility room which remains closed. For the protection of small children the stairs leading to the attic room are secured by a door on one side and by a small gate on the other side. Furthermore, families with children may have available 1 baby bed (from 0 to 3 years) and 1 high-chair. The house has been furnished with great care and taste by the owners who have lived here for a while. You will notice immediately the warm atmosphere they were able to create in each room by retaining original features like exposed beams, terracotta tiled floors and wrought iron elements.

Casa di Corte Lucca is the ideal place for those who like to be in close contact with nature. The surroundings of the house and the beautiful landscape offer endless possibilities for hiking, walking and riding. The villa has been restored keeping the old style and the original materials like terracotta, beams, and stone walls from 1800. The house is completely furnished with old furniture from the 19th century. All bathrooms have a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Every room has plenty of cupboards. The house is comfortably furnished and has central heating, and a television with satellite connection. The guests of Casa Corte have a garden with an area of 1,000 m2, complete with garden furniture and private swimming pool. You can also use the old wood pizza oven.

Close to the house you will find the beginning of hiking path N. 7 of the CAI (local mountain sports club). This path will lead you on a 7 Km walk to Santallago, a lovely place on the mountains Pisani with large meadows for picnics. In the surroundings there are also mountain bikes paths.
