We provide our guests with a warm welcome and the best in personal attention.Each apartment has an external and private resting area with table and chairs.The private barbecues in the garden are at your complete disposal.The swimming-pool (6x12 m) is beside a fragrant pine wood, from where you can admire the rolling green landscape of vineyards, olives and the silhouette of Massa Marittima.A laundry is at your complete disposal, with a washing-machine for a charge (free for The Villa). Wash-basin, iron board and irons are available in each apartment.Inside the property and for each apartment a private shaded parking place is at handUpon request a baby cot is available for a small fee an additional cost.All the apartments have central heating, TV-color SAT, a full kitchen including a coffee machine an Italian Mocca and microwaves.The apartments of the Villa have a dishwasher.All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning. The Villa only has a/c in the double bedrooms.Beside these comfort features we invite our guests to sample and purchase our high quality wines and olive oil.
